Plant and Machinery

Our cutting-edge production facility is the backbone of our manufacturing excellence. We leverage the latest in rubber processing technology to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in every product we deliver.

• Special CNC Machines:
  We utilize imported machinery to manufacture hydraulic and pneumatic seals ranging from 10 mm up to 1500 mm in diameter, ensuring high precision and consistent quality across all sizes.
• CNC & VMC Machines:
  We manufacture in-house rubber and plastic moulds and dies on CNC and VMC machines, which are capable up to 1500 mm.
• Rubber Mixing Mill & Kneader:
  Our in-house rubber mixing mill and kneader allow full control over compound formulation, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency, material purity and performance reliability.
• Rubber Moulding Press:
  We are equipped with rubber compression moulding and transfer moulding hydraulic presses for producing complex and high-volume rubber components with precision and repeatability. Our size range varies from 200 mm x 200 mm up to 1500 mm x 1500 mm moulding press.
• Cast PU Pouring Machine:
  We operate an imported cast polyurethane (PU) machine, allowing us to manufacture high-quality polyurethane products with superior consistency and performance.
• Lathe Machine:
  We produce metal parts on CNC and manual lathe machines required for non-standard special metal products.
